John was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. I didn't think Tucker was capable of listening on staying put but after one visit I see so much potential. I am excited to try all of the skills we learned! THANK YOU!!
The techniques used made a huge positive impact on both of our puppies' behaviors. They were both extremely responsive to all of our lessons. John definitely helped us speak dog!
