We worked with Jared in Minneapolis. He was clearly extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and easy to schedule with. We are very impressed by the program, and it has helped tremendously with our dog, Chip's (black lab mix) leash and dog reactivity and excessive barking inside the apartment.
