Alan not only explained the training techniques, but showed us "how" as well. We especially observed noticeable results with Amber's behavior when someone comes to the front door. I liked the fact that treats are not used as a reward--just old fashioned praise! The training experience as well as the results are enjoyable. We would most definitely recommend Bark Busters to our friends and neighbors!
