We greatly improved our older dog's behavior toward our new puppy+ will continue to use the tools to improve. We have focused on potty training + teaching basics skills to the puppy. Training has provided tools to practice!

Personally, I thought this training session was very informative and made sense! John was very good at describing why the dogs act the way they do and how it's our responsibility to be able to take ownership. I will definitely recommend Bark Busters because it was tremendous.

We can’t recommend Kyle enough! He’s very easy going, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. We have two lovable Frenchies w/ several behavioral issues, but after just a few sessions we’ve seen dramatic improvement and our relationship w/ them is vastly improving week over week. Kyle is a tremendous resource and we look forward to working with him as needed in the future.

My husband and I needed leash-tugging training for our golden retriever puppy after I had a bad fall on a walk. We found Barkbusters here on Yelp and could not be happier with the decision to invest in this training. After 1 outdoor/walking session, the tugging stopped.
PermalinkWe thought the idea of bridging the communication gap with voice commands made more sense than treat training - and can now report that it absolutely works! Our puppy is a joy to walk, and at almost a year old we've worked on biting, barking, jumping and recall, with the continued lifetime support paying off as he grows and changes.
We must add that Dan is the BEST. He is knowledgable and provides honest insights and answers all of our questions fully. He is calm, on-time and we always feel like we've got a handle on training after we meet with him. The tools he has given us to help with training, such as a harness, have been extremely effective, too.
If you live in the east bay, we highly recommend Dan!!
