Sharon instructs on how to see things from the animal's perspective, to communicate in the animal's language, especially non-verbal. It is all so fascinating, effective, and efficient. I'm confident that our Tilly will continue to grow and mature into a lifelong family member. We know that we have Sharon's expertise available forever and could not be more grateful or satisfied.
